- 6 chopped shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- Cheddar cheese
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Take stems out of mushrooms and chop finely.

2Chop shallots and garlic finely.

4Place small cubes of cheese in mushroom cap.

5Stuff caps with stems, shallots and garlic.

6Put butter over caps and broil until mushrooms are soft.
