  • 4 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar mushrooms, drained
  • 2/3 c. cooking sherry
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • margarine, 2 Tbsp. for each breast

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in a Pyrex baking dish.

    Place 2 tablespoons margarine on each breast.

    Put mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.

    Add the sherry and cover with foil.

    Cook in 350° oven for 50 minutes.
