- 1/4 lb. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. half and half
- dash of Tabasco
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 lb. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 qt. fresh sliced mushrooms or 2 large cans
- 2 cans chopped artichokes
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms and artichokes, and stir over medium heat.
