Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. half and half
  • dash of Tabasco
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 lb. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 qt. fresh sliced mushrooms or 2 large cans
  • 2 cans chopped artichokes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms and artichokes, and stir over medium heat.

    Cook until cheese melts.

    Add mushrooms and artichokes last.

    Serve warm with crackers.
