  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    In medium bowl combine flour and salt.

    Use pastry blender or 2 knives.

    Cut in cream cheese and butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.

    Knead dough.

    Divide in half and wrap in plastic wrap.

    Chill one hour.
