  • 4 oz whole mushrooms
  • 1 lb ground meat your choice I used beef
  • 2/3 cup dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp xantham gum
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cup broth your choice I used beef.
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Slice the mushrooms into thirds.

    Melt the butter add your onions.

    Add ground meat, garlic, salt, pepper.

    When brown add xantham gum.

    Stir a lot.

    Then add 1 1/2 cups of broth.

    Stirring constantly it will thicken .

    Add the worcestershire sauce and redwine vinegar stir in well.
