Mushroom Pie

  • 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • cooking sherry to taste or any wine
  • 1 (8-inch) double pastry crust, chilled

Directions

    Slowly saute mushrooms and onions in butter or oleo.

    Sprinkle little flour over it.

    Add wine and mix well.

    Let simmer until it cooks down.

    Place onions and mushrooms in pastry shell.

    Spread sour cream over top.

    Cover with crust and bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
