- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brush the inside of pie shell with a small amount of the beaten eggs.

2Prick bottom and sides with a fork.

3Bake shell for 5 minutes or until light golden brown in a 425° oven for metal pan or 450° for glass plate.

4Reduce temperature to 350° for metal pan or 375° for glass plate.
