  • 3/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 ??? fresh mushrooms, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 9-inch pie crust (unbaked)
  • 1/3 lb. grated Swiss cheese

Directions

    Saute mushrooms in margarine.

    Cool to room temperature. Drain and reserve liquid.

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Prick pie crust with fork tines several times.

    Prebake pastry for 5 minutes.
