  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 5 ounces cranberry juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 16 ounces apple juice (preferably Fuji)

    In a jar, combine apple juice, honey and ginger; refrigerate overnight.
