Ingredients

  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 small can chopped ripe olives (black)
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • dash of salt and Kitchen Bouquet

Directions

    Mix liquid ingredients with melted butter and bouillon.

    Add olives, mushrooms and (last) the rice.

    Cook, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
