- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion and tops
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Put rice and mushrooms in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Saute onion in butter until tender.

3Add broth and salt; bring to a boil.

4Pour over rice; stir well.

5Cover and bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until tender.
