Mushroom Rice Casserole

- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 can Campbell's beef consomme
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.

2Place uncooked rice in Pyrex dish.

3Pour consomme and onion soup over rice.

4Put mushrooms on top of this.

5Place margarine on top.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7When it cooks 30 minutes, take out and stir, then cook last 30 minutes.

8(Use dish with lid.)
