  • 3/4 pound mushroom, cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
