- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Toss spinach, mushrooms, chopped eggs and crumbled bacon. Whisk remaining ingredients together.
