  • 10 oz. fresh spinach
  • 10 whole fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
