- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. flour (add additional flour, if needed)
- pinch of salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Saute mushrooms with butter or margarine.

2Add the cream and salt to taste.

3Thicken with flour (mix flour with water). While cooking, add the Worcestershire sauce to hot mixture and then refrigerate overnight to thicken.

4Use to make tea sandwiches.
