- 12 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 oz. can beef stock
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Wash, slice and cook mushrooms until tender.

2Drain.

3Cook flour and butter together until brown.

4Add stock, onion and bay leaf.

5Cook about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

6Remove onion and bay leaf.

7Add mushrooms.

8Add salt and pepper to taste and reheat.
