  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 1 3/4 cup Chicken stock or broth
  • 1 tbsp Full grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp Whisky
  • 250 grams Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter and cook mushroom and onions until soft.

    Add chicken broth, mustard and whisky Season with salt and pepper Simmer for 2 minutes
