- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon butter.

2Add flour and stir.

3Add milk, broth and celery soup and stir.

4Let cook 1/2 hour and it is ready to eat.
