- 1/8 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 8 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Saute onion, mushrooms and dill in butter for 15 minutes until soft.

2Add flour and cook for 5 minutes.

3Stir in broth and simmer for 20 minutes and add cream.
