- 4 onions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 lb. mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. beef broth
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in margarine in skillet until tender. Add mushrooms; cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

2Gradually add cream and broth.

3Continue to cook until thoroughly heated.

4Do not boil.

5Sprinkle with cheese.
