  • 2 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Scald milk with onions in top of double boiler.
