Mushroom Steak

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 lb. of any meat suitable for stir fry (thin strips)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 med. bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown and saute meat in 2-3 T. oil, cut pepper into strips and add to meat, stir in soup and milk.

    Simmer 10 -15 min. additional milk can be added if mixture becomes too thick.

    Serve over a bed of rice.

    Makes 4 servings.
