- 1-1 1/2 lb. of any meat suitable for stir fry (thin strips)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 med. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown and saute meat in 2-3 T. oil, cut pepper into strips and add to meat, stir in soup and milk.

2Simmer 10 -15 min. additional milk can be added if mixture becomes too thick.

3Serve over a bed of rice.
