  • 4 to 6 serving pieces cube steak
  • flour
  • garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. Lipton beef onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Sprinkle steak with garlic; roll in flour.

    Brown in skillet with oil on both sides.

    Add soup mix, mushrooms with liquid and water.

    Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
