- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (4 lb.) chuck beef roast, cut 1 1/2-inch thick
Directions

1Combine soup and onion on heavy foil, about 24 x 18-inch. Roll roast in mixture to coat well, then wrap loosely, sealing edges well.

2Place on a cookie sheet for easy handling.

3Bake in 350° oven for 3 hours.

4Remove from oven; reset temperature control to broil.

5Slit foil across top and fold back, being careful not to let gravy run out.

6Broil roast for 5 minutes, or until top is browned.

7Carve into 1/4-inch thick slices; serve it with gravy from foil package.
