  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion,quartered
  • 3/4 lb portobella mushrooms,sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp all- purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup fresh,chopped parsley

Directions

    cook noodles as directed on box,drain, don't rinse

    in a large skillet,melt butter over med heat.

    add onion,and cook,stirring until softened.turn heat up to med- high,and add the mushrooms.

    cook until soft and browned.

    on low heat add your broth,sour cream, and goat cheese.

    simmer for 10- 15 min.

    season with salt n pepper to taste.

    add parsley right before serving.

    pour your sauce over the noodles,and stir until blended.
