- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. wine (red)
Directions

1Soak mushrooms for a few minutes, then drain well and wash. Cut into pieces.

2In frying pan, melt butter. Add mushrooms and garlic salt. Cook, covered, about 10 minutes on low heat. Add wine; cook another 5 minutes.

3Serve.
