  • 3 cans (6 oz.) mushrooms (B & B), sliced in butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • pepper

Directions

    Drain mushrooms; saute onion in butter until tender.

    Add mushrooms and saute a few minutes.

    Add parsley, cheese and pepper. Add enough bread crumbs to coat the whole mixture.

    Put in casserole.

    Dot butter on top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
