- 3 cans (6 oz.) mushrooms (B & B), sliced in butter
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- pepper
Directions

1Drain mushrooms; saute onion in butter until tender.

2Add mushrooms and saute a few minutes.

3Add parsley, cheese and pepper. Add enough bread crumbs to coat the whole mixture.

4Put in casserole.

5Dot butter on top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
