- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Wash mushrooms in warm, salted water and pat dry.

2Cut off stems; leave caps whole.

3Heat butter in skillet and saute mushrooms until lightly browned (still firm).

4Add lemon juice, Marsala wine, salt, pepper and parsley.

5Serve.
