Mushrooms Stuffed with Walnuts

  • 50 sm. Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Brie (diced)
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh parsley, fine chopped
  • 1 cup Walnut, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Low-fat milk

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Trim the stems of the mushroom level with the gills.

    Shop stems and place in bowl.

    Add cheese.

    butter, walnuts, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley and enough milk to moiseten, Mix well.

    Place mushrooms stem side up, in a large shallow, oven-proof dish.

    Put a spoonful of the mixture on top of each mushroom bake for 8 to 10 minutes of until just tender
