- 4 whole Turkey Breast, Very Thin
- 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Whole Plain Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
- Salt To Taste

1Preheat oven to 350 F (160 C).

2In a bowl, mix the yogurt and Dijon mustard and salt (to taste).

3Dip the meat into the yogurt mixture, coating all sides.

4Then dip into the Panko crumbs.

5Be generous!

6Put on a baking dish.

7Cook in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (or until the meat is properly cooked).

8You could use traditional breadcrumbs instead.

9The Panko crumbs (found in the Asian section of supermarket) are flakier than regular breadcrumbs.
