Mustard-breaded Turkey Breast

  • 4 whole Turkey Breast, Very Thin
  • 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Whole Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
  • Salt To Taste

    Preheat oven to 350 F (160 C).

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt and Dijon mustard and salt (to taste).

    Dip the meat into the yogurt mixture, coating all sides.

    Then dip into the Panko crumbs.

    Be generous!

    Put on a baking dish.

    Cook in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (or until the meat is properly cooked).

    You could use traditional breadcrumbs instead.

    The Panko crumbs (found in the Asian section of supermarket) are flakier than regular breadcrumbs.
