- 4 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- butter/oleo (about the size of an egg)
Directions

1Blend the mustard, sugar and flour thoroughly.

2Add salt. Blend dry mixture into beaten egg and milk.

3Cook carefully over direct heat, if desired.

4(Some use a double boiler.) As it begins to thicken, add 1/2 cup vinegar and butter/oleo, cooking to desired consistency.

5Cool.

6Good with ham, corned beef, etc.
