- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken or chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon)
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- ground pepper
Directions

1Melt butter and stir in mustard.

2Coat chicken pieces with mixture.

3Combine crumbs and pepper.

4Dip chicken into bread crumbs and place in shallow baking pan.

5Do not overlap chicken. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Serves about 4.
