- 1/2 c. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a 2-quart glass dish and beat slightly with wire whisk.

2Cook for 1 1/2 minutes on medium-high heat.

3Stir well.

4Cook 1 1/2 minutes and beat with whisk.

5If slightly thickened, it is done.

6Cool slightly and add equal amounts of mayonnaise.

7More mayonnaise may be added if desired. This is great for ham sandwiches.
