  • 1-1/8 lb. fish
  • 1-3/4 oz. kasundi (mustard paste)
  • 3/8 oz. khas khas (poppy seeds) paste
  • 3/8 oz. curd
  • 1/8 oz. ground chili paste
  • 3/8 oz. ginger, chopped
  • 3/8 oz. coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients and gently toss the fish in this marinate.

    Put marinated fish in aluminium foil packet.

    Steam fish in pressure cooker without whistle or in steamer.

    Serve with sliced lemon and steamed rice.
