- 1-3/4 oz. kasundi (mustard paste)
- 3/8 oz. khas khas (poppy seeds) paste
- 3/8 oz. curd
- 1/8 oz. ground chili paste
- 3/8 oz. ginger, chopped
- 3/8 oz. coriander, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients and gently toss the fish in this marinate.

2Put marinated fish in aluminium foil packet.

3Steam fish in pressure cooker without whistle or in steamer.

4Serve with sliced lemon and steamed rice.
