  • 1 cup Mustard (Plain Yellow, Dijon, Spicy Cajun Or Any Combination Of Your Favorites)
  • 4 whole Thin Cut Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 2 cups Flour (seasoned To Taste Using Salt And Pepper, Cayenne Or Cajun Spice)
  • 1 cup Canola Oil, For Frying

Directions

    Combine Worcestershire and mustard.

    Dredge pork chops in this mixture and then in the seasoned flour.
