- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 12 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup nonfat milk
- 14 lb low-fat cheese, shredded
- 6 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
Directions

1Saute onion in butter in a skillet.

2Add mustard, salt, pepper, milk, and cheese.

3Place potatoes in a slow cooker.

4DO NOT press down.

5Pour mixture over potatoes.

6Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

7Toss potatoes with a large spoon when ready to serve.
