- 6 red potatoes, medium size cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup horseradish mustard (or substitute Dijon Mustard)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Pre heat oven to 425°F.

2Combine all ingredients except for potatoes.

3The toss the potatoes in with the mustard mixture until thoroughly coated.

4Bake on large greesed pan for 25 minutes.

5Toss the potatoes around, then bake for another 20 minutes.
