- 1/4 cup stone ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 cups rye flour
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
Directions

1Place all ingredients in bread pan in the order that manufacturer recommends.

2If available, select whole wheat cycle, or select Basic/White cycle.

3When bread is baked, remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
