- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. (scant) vinegar
- 1 (10 to 12 oz.) jar apple jelly
Directions

1Mix brown sugar, flour and mustard.

2Add eggs, vinegar and jelly.

3Cook in top of double boiler until thick, stirring constantly.

4After sauce has thickened, use beater if jelly has not dissolved completely.
