Mustard Tilapia

  • 2 Tilapia Fillets
  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 3 tablespoons regular mustard
  • 6 tablespoons horseradish (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

Directions

    Place all of the ingredients except for the tilapia in a bowl and mix well.

    Coat both sides of the tilapia with this mixture. Be generous!(I used all of it)

    In a pan on HIGH heat, saute the tilapia on both sides.

    The tilapia is done when the fillets start falling apart.
