My Easy Basic Hashed Beef Stew

- 450 grams Onion
- 450 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 150 grams Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp White flour
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 600 ml Water
- 1 Bay leaf
- 50 ml Red wine
- 3 tsp Soup stock granules
- 5 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Tonkatsu or Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Thinly slice the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

2Add butter and fry some more.

3Then, add the meat.

4Sprinkle in the flour and continue to fry.

5Season with Krazy Salt.

6Add the water and bay leaf, then the mushrooms and then the red wine and let it simmer for a while.

7Remove the scum.

8After simmering for a while, remove the bay leaf and add the soup stock granules, the ketchup and the sauce.
