- 5 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked or canned whole kernel corn
- 1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1In a large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp. Remove.

2Pour off drippings. Return 3 tablespoons to pan.

3Add onion.

4Cook until lightly browned.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer a few minutes.

7Crumble bacon on top. Delicious!
