Ingredients

  • 1 envelope yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. White Lily flour
  • 1/2 c. dry milk

Directions

    Soften the yeast in the warm water. Combine the boiling water, oil, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm and add yeast.

    Stir in and beat well the flour and milk.

    Add flour to make soft dough. Chill, then make out in rolls or store dough in refrigerator for a couple of days, making out as needed.

    When rolls are made out, allow to double in bulk in warm place before baking at 400° until golden brown.

    Dough may be used for cinnamon rolls or any fancy sweet rolls.
