- 1 qt. Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 1 qt. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup guava juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 32 each skinless salmonfillets (1/2 lb./225 g each)
Directions

1Cook barbecue sauces, juices and curry powder in saucepan on medium heat until heated through.

2(Do not exceed 160 degrees F.) Cool.

3Refrigerate until ready to use.

4Place fish in greased or parchment-lined full-sheet pans (or in greased half-sheet pan for trial recipe).

5Brush each fillet with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the sauce.

6Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 18 to 20 min.
