- 1 head broccoli, cut up and cooked until almost tender
- 1 head cauliflower, cut up and cooked until almost tender
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Cook broccoli and cauliflower in salted water; drain well. Saute mushrooms in butter for a few minutes.

2Juice will come out of mushrooms.

3Keep this in pan.

4Add your cream cheese, cut up. Melt on low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

5Add lemon juice and milk; stir well.

6Fold in broccoli and cauliflower. Place in greased casserole.

7Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.

8You may top with buttered crumbs, if desired.

9We like it best without the crumbs.
