Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 12 cup almonds
  • 14 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 14 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

    Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

    Put all dry ingredients into a bowl.

    Combine wet ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until combined.

    Mix dry and wet ingredients and spread out onto a cookie sheet.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning.
