  • 1 kg of chicken thighs or casserole beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs paprika
  • 2 cups chicken or beef stock
  • optional: mushrooms, green capsicum, carrot and celery

    3. add paprika and stir to coat, warm till aromatic but do not burn
