My Pie Shell

  • 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
  • 1/3 c. Crisco
  • cold water

Directions

    Blend flour and Crisco; add water to desired consistency. Roll as thin as you can and be sure to prick the pie shell all over well.

    Bake about 10 to 12 minutes, then cool completely.
