- 12 lb kasseri cheese (in 2 large slices)
- flour (as needed)
- 14 cup olive oil
- 14 cup ouzo
- 1 teaspoon oregano (minced)
- lemon slice
- kalamata olive
- chopped tomato
- pita bread
Directions

1Rinse cheese under cold water.

2While wet, dredge in flour to coat.

3Heat oil in a large skillet until very hot.

4Add cheese.

5Cook 1 minute each side.

6Add Ouzo.

7Ignite.

8When flame subsides, tranfer to plates.

9Top with oregano.

10Serve with lemon, olives, tomatoes and pita.
