  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • blue paper baking cup
  • 24 wooden toothpicks (optional)
  • paper, banners (optional)
  • tape (optional) or child safe glue (optional)
